Amerihealth Administrators
In the Insurance Module, the field Name in the Insurance Name and Address section must have "Amerihealth" as part of the name. Certain upload-file creation requirements key off this word.

The NAIC code 54763 is the only one allowed with Amerihealth Adminstrators and ICHP.

The provider number for AHA and ICHP is six digits long. Any other values "will be ignored by AHA/ICHP".
Amerihealth HMO
In the Insurance Module, the field Name in the Insurance Name and Address section must have "Amerihealth" as part of the name. Certain upload-file creation requirements key off this word.

The following NAIC codes are acceptable when submitting to Amerihealth HMO. These must appear in the NAIC code field for that insurance database record.
